Bio
Cameron joined Cone Commercial Real Estate at the start of 2023. He is responsible for sourcing investment and development opportunities, financial analysis, due diligence maintenance, facilitating contractor and legal relationships, and all other transaction related items.
Heh as an extensive background in commercial real estate, beginning at Colliers International, where he served as part of the Multifamily Advisory Group in Atlanta. He was responsible for assisting with the valuation, market analysis, and disposition of numerous multi-family assets across the Southeast. He gained further experience at Cortland Partners in Atlanta as part of the Acquisition team, where he helped manage the group’s acquisition pipeline, ran the initial underwriting of new assets, and composed investment memorandums.
Most recently, Cameron was on the Commercial Real Estate team at Cadence Bank in Atlanta. He started his career at Cadence in 2020 as a Credit Underwriter and quickly worked his way up to Assistant Vice President and managed his own client relationships and book of business.
Cameron is an Atlanta native and graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received his BBA in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business. In his free time, Cameron enjoys time with his family and friends, traveling, golf, and spending time outdoors.
