Cameron Martin is Director, Leasing at Epic Investment
Services. As the lead for the leasing team in Edmonton, Alberta, Vancouver, BC and Victoria BC he is responsible for a portfolio that consists of over 1.25 million square feet of office/retail properties and over 1 million square feet of industrial properties.
With over 17 years of experience in leasing office, retail and
industrial properties in B.C. and Alberta, he has a proven track record in working with a team to ensure successfully accomplish the negotiating and completing of lease deals on plan and within budget, ensuring that both financial and strategic objectives are met.
Prior to joining Epic Investment Services in 2018, he worked
for 11 years as a office leasing specialist with well known
commercial real estate brokerages representing multiple
landlord and tenants and completing 250+ lease transactions in Edmonton, Alberta.
Cameron has a Bachelor of Business Administration from
Trinity Western University. He holds real estate licenses
with both AREA and BCFSA. He is actively involved with
various committees, including NAIOP and Edmonton DBA, in Edmonton.
