Bio
Callum Parrott is a founding partner and serves as President of Single Family Rentals. Prior to his role as President of Single Family Rentals, Mr. Parrott served as Executive Managing Director with overall responsibility for Mill Creek’s development activity in the company’s Southeast region. Mr. Parrott is a member of the Mill Creek Management Committee.
Prior to this role, Mr. Parrott served as Senior Managing Director for Mill Creek and Trammell Crow in South Florida, responsible for new project development, site acquisition, product design, construction and project approvals. Previous to that, he was a real estate developer for a large restaurant chain based in the southeast, where he was responsible for site acquisition and development in Georgia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania. His previous experience also includes two years with Gables Residential in Atlanta. During his twenty-two year career in the multifamily industry, Mr. Parrott has been involved in the development of over 11,000 multifamily homes.
Mr. Parrott attended the College of Charleston and received his Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Southeast Florida Apartment Association.
