Caitlin Crawford serves as a senior advisor with the SVN Next Level Team out of the Chicago Office. Crawford specializes in real estate properties in North Cook, Northwest Cook, Lake County, and DuPage County of the Chicagoland Area. As part of the SVN Chicago Commercial Next Level Team, Caitlin focuses primarily on the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial, office, medical office, and retail properties.
Caitlin's main role is representing her client’s best interests regarding leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions of properties. Caitlin looks forward to developing ongoing, long-term relations with clients by working with them to form creative real estate strategies that complement their business objectives. Her client-centric approach provides his clients with encyclopedic market knowledge to ensure they are making the most informed decisions possible.
Prior to joining the Next Level team, Crawford was an intern with SVN’s Chicago office, compiling market research, prospecting clients, and updating databases.
Crawford graduated from the Trulaske School of Business at the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Marketing. In her spare time, Crawford enjoys volunteering at animal shelters, baking, and spending time with her family and pets.
She is a member of Real Estate to the Rescue, Industrial Women In Real Estate (iWIRE), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) developing leaders, Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), and a member of the board for the Norwood Park Chamber.
