Butch Gurganus is a Co-Founder at Focus Commercial Real Estate. Previously, he was a partner with Colliers International (Arkansas) for 15 years. Butch’s primary focus is to meet the needs of the approximately 1,500 Walmart and Sam’s Club suppliers located in Northwest Arkansas. The majority of assignments are co-brokered with corporate service teams from outside the Arkansas market.
