Jesse Armistead, Associate Broker at Murray Company, Realtors and an Accredited Land Consultant is an experienced Real Estate professional since the early 2,000’s. Jesse is a second generation of owning rental property and purchased his first rental property in 1978 and has been an avid believer of owning Real Estate all of his adult life. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and a 4 year letterman with the UGA Swimming program and a Co-captain in the 1974-75 season and a Tri Captain for the 1975-76 season. He was a National qualifier in the 1974 Season in the 200 meter breast stroke. Present and past civic duties include: Facilitator for the Realtors Land Institute since 2016. Transitional Land and Site Development are the 2 most requested courses to lead.
Facilitator for both of the above courses at Land U for the Realtors Land Institute held at the University of Denver in June 2019. President of the Georgia Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute for the year 2019. Board member of the Georgia Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute since 2015.
He is a member of St John Lutheran Church in Griffin, Ga. as well as a council member from 2011 to 2014 and 2019. Past Chairman 2008-2014, 4 county area of the Boy Scouts of America (Ronohatchi District). Member of the National Cattleman’s and Beef Association
Past Co President of Promise Place- where domestic Violence ends, a four county area that provides safe houses, transition homes, counseling for families that need these services as a result of Domestic Violence. Member/Director- University of Georgia Bull Dog Swim and Dive Club
Past President of Heart of Georgia Board of Realtors 2015. Board member of Heart of Georgia Board of Realtors 2012- 2018. Lifetime member of the $1,000,000 Club of the Heart of Georgia Board of Realtors. Member of the Realtors Land Institute since 2012.
