Buddy received a BS degree from Georgia State. After college he was active in his family's retail business for 15 years. Later Buddy owned his own retail business which allowed him to meet large numbers of retail property owners and become involved in Charleston's growing commercial market. He has been involved in real state since 1990 and since 1996 he has partnered with Kit Regnery specializing in the sale and leasing of retail properties in the Charleston Tri-County market.
