Orville E. “Bud” Tracy, Jr. acquired ownership of the company in 1971 when
his father retired. Since that time, Bud has been responsible for providing
professional services to clients within the greater North Valley Area. Bud
has always been very involved in planning for the future of the community,
from housing development to downtown renovation to creation of new areas
of town by extension of essential infrastructure and services. In conjunction
with local community leaders, Bud has also spearheaded several major
redevelopment projects in the towns of Chico and Oroville that complement
the growth and development of the North Valley area. He has been personally
responsible for the leasing of more than 2,000,000 square feet of commercial
space within the Chico area and has brokered the sale of more than $250
million in property transactions in the North Valley during his career.
