Bucky Gillett is a licensed California real estate broker with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He founded Gillett Commercial Real Estate Services in 1997. Gillett Commercial is a full-service real estate company specializing in brokerage, development and property management services. Bucky has worked on a broad spectrum of commercial transactions representing owners, trusts and tenants.
Bucky's primary focus is on the industrial and office markets in Los Angeles and Orange County, California and Dallas, Texas. Bucky's expertise ranges from working with industrial owners as well as individual property owners and developing partnerships for acquisitions and development. His unique experience allows him the flexibility to tailor his real estate services to his client's needs.
Prior to forming Gillett Commercial, Bucky worked for Transfer Commercial Property Management as Director of Leasing for over one million square feet of industrial/commercial properties owned by Pension Fund Advisor TCW Realty Advisors. Before that, Bucky was an industrial broker specialist at Lee & Associates and Bishop Hawk of Southern California specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial properties.
In 2016, Bucky relocated to McKinney, Texas where Gillett Commercial is expanding its focus on raw land development in the growing office and industrial markets. Bucky graduated from the University of Redlands in 1983. He has worked on the Hoag Hospital 552 charity foundation, enjoys golf, coaching football and time with his family.
