Bio
Bryse is a commercial real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience and practical applications in multi-housing brokerage, management, development, and ownership. He began his real estate career with CBRE’s multi-family brokerage team in Chicago where he sold over 13,000 units during his ten-year tenure.
Prior to joining Capstone, Bryse was part owner of a full-service commercial real estate firm, Bradley Company, and was involved in all aspects of multi-housing acquisition, asset management, and development. Additionally, he was actively involved in corporate growth strategy, as well as operational functions and recruitment. Bryse’s experience led him to be the firm’s Top Producer in 2012.
