Bryce was born and raised in the Eugene-Springfield area. He began his successful career as a Commercial Property owner in which he not only managed, but also owned a local bar. After 10 years he sold the entity and began searching for a career that would be more fulfilling. He worked as a USPS Letter Carrier for a few years, as well as an estimator for a local electrical contractor. He was licensed in Oregon as a Real Estate Broker and found his permanent home at Eugene Industrial Real Estate. It is a perfect fit due to the fact that he gets to work closely with his principal broker Dad on a daily basis and also genuinely loves what he does.
