Bio
Bryan Walsh joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Chicago office in its NGKF Capital Markets group, specializing in investment sales. Working in conjunction with Senior Managing Directors Michael Bennett and Andy Gallas, Mr. Walsh is tasked with providing valuable market research, prospecting and market analyses, while supporting the NGKF Capital Markets' development strategies.
Mr. Walsh channels his efforts toward collaborating with investors and owners regarding acquisition and disposition advisory services, specifically with net-leased properties across the country. Prior to joining Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Mr. Walsh worked in executive hospitality services, serving as a supervisor of guest services at the Peninsula Hotel in downtown Chicago. His responsibilities included effectively managing the entire bell staff, supervising financial transactions and facilitating interdepartmental communications, as well as serving as the liaison between the front of house and back of house operations.
Mr. Walsh was first introduced to the commercial real estate business through a long-term internship at RSV Partners, a property management company, where he was employed throughout his high school and college years.
An active philanthropist, Mr. Walsh has completed build work for Habitat for Humanity, and continuously raises funds for the American Cancer Society through Relay for Life.
Mr. Walsh graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance with a concentration in real estate.
