As an integral part of Insight Land & Investments since its inception, Bryan represents his clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment acreage and farms, development land and residential lots. Historically he has specialized in the western portion of Maricopa County, Arizona, especially the municipalities of Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, and Buckeye; he has also worked extensively in Santan, Coolidge, Eloy and the Interstate 10 and Interstate 8 freeway corridors through Pinal County. Bryan specializes on master planned community developments, residential lot developments, investment and speculative land, and site selection for end users. As a licensed Sales Agent in State of Arizona since 1996, Bryan has provided his clients with experienced brokerage services including the marketing and sale of farm ground, vacant and entitled land, and home builder lot inventory. He is experienced in the entitlement process, and has developed wonderful relationships landowners, developers and the home building community in Arizona. Bryan received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Arizona State University in 1995 and immediately began his career with Lee and Associates, a leading full service commercial brokerage. Bryan helped found Insight Land & Investments in 2001, and is a principal.
