Bryan has leased multiple power centers, represented multiple retailers as a broker, acquired and disposed of investment grade commercial real estate assets, entitled and provided project management for developments in multiple states and maintained a preferred development relationship with Trader Joe’s, Inc. Prior to joining Colliers as a retail and investment specialist, Bryan was with Hawkins Companies, most recently as the company's development partner for over 7 years.
