Bio
Bryan Taing is a Senior Director and leads Property Management operations for Greystar's Conventional Owned Assets in the West Territory. Bryan provides leadership and support to a group of market leaders responsible for both value-add and ground-up development assets across Greystar’s various investment funds and joint ventures. Some of Bryan's responsibilities include portfolio performance, budget review, underwriting review, pre-development consulting, reporting to internal stakeholders on asset, market, and fund-level performance, and serving as an industry change agent and champion of innovation by leading various innovation initiatives.
Before joining Greystar in 2020, Bryan worked as an Asset Manager for Jackson Square Properties, a prolific San Francisco based private investment firm specializing in multifamily investments with focuses on value-add and development. Bryan is a licensed real estate broker in California and holds his Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, where he is both a national member and member of the San Francisco chapter.
Bryan received his bachelor’s of science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in both Finance and Accounting from the California State University East Bay.
