Bio
Bryan is a co-founder of Triple Net and directs its day-to-day business operations. He also oversees all legal, due diligence, and compliance matters for the company. In his career, Bryan has been involved in underwriting and/or acquiring hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate and has advised on billions of dollars of real estate backed investments. Bryan spent many years in private law practice at some of the nation’s leading law firms and is a former Vice President and Senior Counsel for Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., a Credit Suisse Company. Bryan has been involved in all aspects of real estate transactions and complex financial matters. His legal representations have included: an international investment bank in connection with a state agency’s failure to honors its obligations under multi-billion dollar governmental construction contracts; a large commercial builder in numerous matters associated with various shopping center construction projects; a REIT with respect to its disposition of a large portfolio of commercial properties; and numerous financial institutions in connection with financial matters, high-value commercial and residential foreclosures, and bankruptcy workouts. Bryan received his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University, cum laude and with University Honors. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Law School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was the recipient of the James Wilson Scholarship.
