BRYAN HUGHES (BA, University of Georgia, 1997) joined the firm in 2005 as an associate broker, bringing with him 6 years experience in new residential development and sales. Bryan is a lifelong resident of Hilton Head and the Low Country making him extremely knowledgeable and well connected. He has worked with Sea Pines Real Estate, Daufuskie Island, and the Melrose Company in the past. Since joining MMD, Bryan has been involved with multiple transactions in the Bluffton/Okatie/Hardeeville area, serving both commercial and residential developers.
