Mr. Bryan M. Gitlin, a founding member of Cambridge Capital Advisors, has been actively involved in the acquisition, re-development, management, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate since 1998. As a seasoned commercial real estate advisor with a superior transactional track record, Mr. Gitlin lends the highest level of consultative and brokerage expertise in effectuating his client's investment objectives. Mr. Gitlin, whose clients include both public and private institutions, developers, family offices, accredited investors, foreign investors and professional athletes, maintains a keen focus on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net leased properties and shopping centers throughout the United States. In his daily practice, Mr. Gitlin also adds significant value for his clients by facilitating any need to procure third party debt through the firm's extensive lending relationships.
Prior to founding Cambridge Capital Advisors, Mr. Gitlin was a principal and co-founder of Terra Aurea Development, LLC. There he focused primarily on the acquisition, re-development, conversion, leasing, management, and disposition of commercial and mixed use properties. Concurrently, he was a principal and co-founder of Terra Aurea Services, LLC, a regionally recognized contracting company that provided commercial and residential contracting services to clients throughout New England.
Mr. Gitlin received his Juris Doctor from the Western New England University School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont.
Mr. Gitlin is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
