Bryan Evans, CCIM is President and Founder of Evans Capital, a real estate investment, development & brokerage company. Since 1996 Bryan has developed, leased, managed and sold commercial & investment properties.
Bryan is a native Memphian, graduating from Briarcrest Christian School and received a BBA from the University of Memphis, with graduate studies concentration in Real Estate Development.
Bryan has served on the Board of Directors of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors as well as the Budget & Finance Committee & Governmental Affairs Committee. Bryan also assisted with the formation of the MAAR Commercial Council during his service with the C&I Services Committee.
He & his family reside in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. He is active in his church and community. Bryan enjoys enrichment of his client's success, travel and time with his family.
