Bryan brings nearly two decades of extensive experience in the San Francisco real estate market to his role as Executive Managing Director and Market Leader of Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Peninsula at Colliers. Bryan directly oversees all brokerage operations, recruitment, retention, and business development in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Peninsula.
Previously serving as an executive managing director at Newmark, Bryan joined Colliers with a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience. Prior to his tenure at Newmark, Bryan held the position of managing partner at one of Northern California's largest commercial real estate firms.
With a proven track record of success, Bryan has consistently delivered exceptional results for his clients throughout his career. He specializes in both tenant and landlord representation, offering strategic insights and corporate advisory services tailored to meet the unique needs of his clients. His expertise spans across various sectors, including technology, finance, and real estate investment, among others.
Bryan's contributions to the real estate sector have been widely recognized, earning him accolades such as being named one of Commercial Property Executive's "Stars to Watch" in 2014 and inclusion in the San Francisco Business Times' "Top 40 Under 40" list in 2012.
In addition to his professional achievements, Bryan remains actively engaged in industry associations, including NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Bryan resides on the Peninsula and is married with four (4) children.
