Bryan earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University. Bryan oversees Construction and Asset Management. While still a student, Bryan also obtained his real estate
license. With a thorough understanding of efficiencies and sequences he learned from launching and running small businesses early in his career, he was a perfect fit to manage and grow the rental construction and rental
management units under the Burkentine Real Estate Group umbrella. Bryan currently leads the construction and rental management team. He has been instrumental in growing the Burkentine Real Estate portfolio with his hands-on approach. Bryan’s self-motivated attitude, attention to detail, and lean management philosophy are what drive him through challenges and towards success. He enjoys bringing fresh, innovative, building design concepts to all projects moving forward, as the Burkentine Brand establishes itself beyond the Mid-Atlantic to new territories including CT, TN, NC, SC, and FL.
