Bryan Blythe joined Crescent Communities in 2021 as the Managing Director of Industrial for Commercial. Bryan is responsible for leading and growing the industrial platform through new development projects and acquisitions across the East and West. Prior to Crescent Communities, Bryan was a Market Officer at Prologis, as well as Liberty Property Trust prior to its acquisition by Prologis. Prologis is a global industrial real estate company that owns and operats approximately 1 billion square feet in 19 countries. Bryan was responsible for the operating performance of a 12.4 million square foot industrial portfolio and was involved in all capital deployment efforts across North and South Carolina. During his tenure with Prologis and Liberty Property Trust, Bryan worked on over 6 million square feet of acquisitions and new development projects totaling over $600 million in value. Bryan is an active member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and Myers Park Presbyterian Church. He previously served on the Board of Directors of CRCBR, NAIOP’s Piedmont Triad chapter, and the UNC Kenan-Flagler Alumni Association’s Piedmont Triad chapter. He currently serves on the Catylist Industrial Advisory Board in Charlotte, volunteer coaches a youth basketball team, and volunteers his time at numerous charitable organizations throughout the community. Bryan earned his Master’s in Business Administration with a double concentration in Real Estate Development and Corporate Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Davidson College.
