Based in Charleston, SC Brunson oversees the development of Kane Island, a 235-acre waterfront residential development located in Beaufort, SC. Brunson began his career at CC&T Real Estate Services serving as an associate focused on Development and Brokerage Projects throughout the Charleston Area. Brunson completed an assortment of Retail, Land, Office, and Industrial projects during his six-year tenure at CC&T. Brunson graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management in 2014 and earned a Masters of Real Estate Development Degree from Clemson University in 2017. During his tenure at Clemson Brunson was a member of the Track and Field Team and won two ACC Championships and earned two All-American Honors.
