In his first year as an Office Specialist with CBRE, Bruce was recognized with the esteemed Rookie of the Year Award. By his second year, he was promoted to Senior Associate, an achievement not usually recognized in such a short tenure. In his fourth year with CBRE, he was promoted once again, this time to the position of Vice President. For three of the past five years, Bruce has been a Top 5 Producer within CBRE's Tucson office.
In each of the past nine years, Bruce has represented clients in the completion of a minimum of 60 lease or sale transactions. During his ten-year career, he has listed over 200 office buildings, represented clients in over 500 lease and sale transactions totalling over $120M in gross consideration, and assisted in the lease or sale of over 1.3 million sq. ft. of office space here in Tucson. He has been named a CoStar Power Broker each of the past six years based on total volume of office leasing transactions. Bruce’s practice focuses on both Tenant/Landlord and Buyer/Seller representation within both the Professional Office and Medical Office markets.
Prior to joining the CBRE team, Bruce enjoyed over 13 years of direct sales experience within the commercial sector and advised clients ranging in size from small business to Fortune 500.
