Frias Transportation, Real Estate Division; Upon arriving in Las Vegas, Bruce was put in a salaried position to oversee the owner's commercial real estate including property management for two shopping centers and two warehouses, a ranch, two motels, a bed and breakfast, billboards and a cell tower. Responsible for listings, leases, extensions, tenant relations, and managing subcontractors and vendors. Also had large inventory of vacant land that had periodic issues in need of attention. Purchased properties for the portfolio including gold mines and a truck stop, two warehouses, and a ranch. Successfully sold a shopping center in San Antonio, TX. Transferred dozens of property deeds into the trust in six jurisdictions within Nevada, California and Arizona. He was also very involved in the 2014 and 2019 Enterprise Master Plan Use Update.
