I joined Premiere Plus Realty, Company's team with 30 consecutive years experience in the Real Estate Industry, 25 years of which have been in southwest Florida. During my career I've earned Broker's licenses in both Florida and Massachusetts, became licensed as a Registered Real Estate Appraiser and Community Association Manager in Florida and held a Certified Real Estate Appraiser Certificate in Massachusetts. Having successfully completed all required Certified Commercial Investment Member courses (CCIM) I joined a well respected local Commercial Real Estate Firm in 1998, where I remained for 17 years managing, selling and leasing all disciplines of Commercial Real Estate including Commercial Condominiums until the broker retired after a successful 25 years in operation. I've developed strong lasting relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors hired to maintain and improve the properties under my supervision. I've also successfully completed several transactions involving 1031 Exchanges as well as Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
Prior to 1998 I was hired as site selector for a local Assisted Living Facility (ALF) developer and was instrumental in the selection and development of ALF sites in Dublin, OH, Overland Park, KS, West Bloomfield, MI, Upper St. Claire, PA as well as Tampa, Stuart and Naples, FL.
My goal is to combine my commercial experience, analytical skills and local knowledge with Premiere Plus’ 1,200 plus residential agent base, to serve existing and future clients. With that in mind I've determined the best way to serve my current and future clients and customers was by joining Premiere Plus’ Commercial brokerage team.
My wife Janet and I moved to Naples from Massachusetts in 1992 with our three sons. All six of our grandchildren are native to Naples. When not working to serve my clients/customers I can be found sharpening my piloting skills as a licensed Commercial Instrument rated Pilot or cruising the backwaters with my wife looking for our next fish story.
