Bruce joined Savills in 2013 with responsibility to lead and grow the Midwest Industrial Team. His background of corporate and tenant only representation aligns perfectly with Savills occupier-centric platform. Through his entire 25+ year career, Bruce has been driven to understand his clients’ operational goals and objectives and to assist them in implementing strategies to achieve their goals and beat the market. Prior to joining the firm, Bruce spent a majority of his career with CBRE, where he performed tenant and client representation on a local, national and global basis. His expertise included representing tenants on new acquisitions, renewals, build to suits, land acquisition, investment sales, corporate dispositions and consulting assignments, as well as both office and retail services. Utilizing a process driven approach to support the corporate real estate executive or decision maker, Bruce supports clients by providing tools to assist with fact-based decision making. His long term, process-driven approach takes into account both financial and qualitative factors. By providing seamless access to trends and information, the firm’s clients are provided with creative solutions to complex problems.
Bruce has been involved in many long-term, strategic relationships and has provided solutions for both public and private companies including Sara Lee, Stanley Tool Works, Edward Don, Ford Motor Company, Sears, Newell Rubbermaid and Boeing. He spent 4 years onsite at Ford Motor Company and over a year onsite with Boeing managing and streamlining their processes. Over the last several years, he has provided tenant representation services on some of the most significant industrial transactions in the Chicago area, including the relocation and build to suit of Edward Don’s corporate headquarters in Woodridge, IL. This state of the art facility supports Edward Don’s goal of increasing efficiencies, while improving throughput and maximizing space utilization.
