Bio
Bruce joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Group as Senior Director in 2021. Along with his team, Bruce focuses exclusively on representing institutional and private owners in the sale of multifamily properties, redevelopment sites and developable land throughout New England. With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate and an emphasis on the multifamily sector, he brings expertise sourcing and securing the most aggressive available capital to meet his clients’ disposition and development needs. Over the course of his career, Bruce has led and participated in over $5 billion of commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bruce served on the Capital Markets teams at Colliers International and CBRE. Bruce joined his current team (Christopher Sower, Jonathan Bryant, John Flaherty and Kevin Jones) at Colliers International in 2018 and dedicated himself to the representation of multifamily owners and developers. Together with Chris, Jon, John, and Kevin, the team has sold over $1B of multifamily assets. Prior to joining the multifamily team, Bruce was a Vice President at CBRE where he focused on the valuation, marketing and sale of office, industrial and retail properties in New England. Additional experience includes ownership-side acquisition and leasing/asset management roles with Northland Investment Corporation, a privately held real estate investment firm, and Heritage Property Investment Trust (NYSE: HTG), a national shopping center REIT. Bruce began his career in 2001 at CBRE-New England as a member of the Retail Investment Sales team, which specialized in the sale of shopping centers and other types of retail throughout New England.
Bruce holds his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut. He resides in the Boston area with his wife, Betsy, and their three children.
