Throughout his 20 year career in local commercial real estate, Bruce has consistently demonstrated his professionalism, agility, and skill by brokering some of the area’s largest transactions. Starting as Rookie of the Year in the 1980’s Bruce has since then negotiated lease and sale transactions with total considerations of over $400M and brokered in excess of 4.5 million square feet of local office and commercial space. In 1998, frustrated by the lack of client orientation in the larger brokerage houses, Bruce founded Lee Partners; a full service brokerage firm that specializes in tenant representation. Recognized as one of Boston''''s Top 50 leasing brokers by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Bruce has worked with some of the most high profile companies in the area including Eastman Software, Goodrich, Samsung America, and National Development.
Bruce specializes in corporate representation for leasing, sales, and negotiation of office and research & development/flex space. He is consistent in his approach in providing quality service to many of the local area’s brightest companies, and prides himself on the work he does and the letters of recommendation he earns. With a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and a background that includes high technology, document imaging, and military service, Bruce’s professional diversity is one of his key assets. He also has been a guest lecturer at the Xerox International Sales Training Center in Leesburg, Virginia and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Real Estate in Cambridge, MA.
For more than 20 years Bruce has been active in community service as a Committee Chairman of the Weston Rotary Club (President 2004), League Commissioner of Weston Baseball, and as the Assistant Scout Master for the local Boy Scout Troop.
