Bio
Bruce is a licensed attorney with 25-years of real estate and business experience who has served in various capacities including as receiver and asset manager. He has comprehensive knowledge of real estate, including expertise in legal issues, asset management, development, marketing, leasing and sales, all with an owner’s perspective.
Prior to joining Adler R.E. Partners, Bruce managed Avison Young’s (previously Colliers International, Miami) Receivership Solutions practice and was a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group and Asset Resolution Team .
Prior to joining Avison Young, Bruce served as the Vice President of Development for Florida East Coast Realty Inc. (FECR), founded and chaired by Tibor Hollo.
Bruce has served as Co-Chair and Chairman of the Entertainment and Arts Business Committee of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, and State and Local Treasurer and Board Member of the Florida Motion Picture & Television Association.
Graduated Cum Laude from New York Law School in 1989. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida where he was a member of Florida Blue Key Leadership Honorary. He is licensed to practice law in New York, California and Florida.
