Bruce Fogelson began his career in commercial brokerage in 1988 and has a 35+ years of success in all aspects of real estate including office and commercial brokerage, development, construction, land acquisition, in addition to office and other types of leasing. He leverages depth and breadth of experience to maximize real estate value. An agile multidisciplinary broker, developer, general contractor who drives operations with relentless attention to detail and zeroes in on opportunities. He focuses on purchase, sales, leasing and site acquisition as well as office leasing with the value-added experience in development, zoning, building design, space plan, construction, marketing, pricing and customer service. As an award winning developer, Bruce was engaged in land development, site selection, entitlements, planning, design, construction, marketing, sales and customer support for new construction, rehab residential, commercial, and mix-use property and land. Winner of multiple awards, including the Chicago Association of Realtors “Good Neighbor Award” 14 times for Best New Single Family (5 times), Best New Condo Development (4 times), Best MixUse (3 times), Best New Multi Unit Rental – Low Income and best Single Family Home Rehab developments. He has also won the Home Builders Association of Chicago’s marketing award twice. He has solicited and negotiated leases, proposals, bid, and negotiated terms with contractors in every kind of trade (e.g., demolition, excavation, remediation, masonry, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, concrete, flooring, marketing, advertising, brokerage and sales etc.) He has supervised design, zoning, space planning, construction, adjusting to site conditions and reconciling architectural plans and tradespeople. In the legal process He have launched 10+ single-purpose companies and LLCs for numerous projects complete with legal, accounting and tax. He is an Advisory Board Member for Roosevelt University’s Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate A Special Consultant - Urban Development for Ping Shan New District Shenzhen, China and Inventor of 4 issued U.S. Patents for “Builder On-Line Assistant” for selecting building customer’s selections of standards and extras online. He received his degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Denver, Denver, CO. and first real estate license in Colorado and then Illinois dating back to 1984.
