Bio
A former architect, Bruce Bolzle is Principal and co-founder of KMO Development Group, Inc., TYTO Realty Advisors and Director of Development for New Leaf Development LLC. KMO and its affiliates have owned, acquired or developed over 775,000 square feet of small office and retail projects, over 500 acres of retail land development.
Bruce has employed his knowledge and expertise to numerous civic and community organizations, including service on the Boards of Tulsa County Historical Society, Youth Services of Tulsa, NAIOP, Downtown Tulsa Unlimited, Tulsa Metro Chamber, and the Tulsa Airport Authority. He served for nine years on the Tulsa Board of Adjustment and for five years as Oklahoma Governmental Affairs Chairman for the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a past member of the Tulsa Economic Development Commission having served as its 2009 Chairman. Bruce, most recently, is the founding Chair of the Tulsa Chapter of ULI/Oklahoma.
