Bruce he had been an Operations Manager with Marriott International from 1989 to 1996. His gradual rise from General Manager of a single property to Executive Vice President of the company’s hotel management division is the perfect embodiment of the McKibbon spirit. Although he’s experienced many memorable moments during his time with the company, the experience that stands out the most was the process of onboarding Hilton. The combination of strategy, relationship building and integrating a new brand into the McKibbon portfolio is the type of work Bruce lives for. He also lives for his wife, Sunni, a designer whose creativity and free spirit continues to inspire him on a daily basis. No day is complete without ending it on the back deck alongside her.
Whether Bruce is developing new business for McKibbon, beating his best running time, or is out in the community helping inspire today’s youth, his mission is simple: make it better.
