Bio
Bruce joined Maverick Partners in 2019, where he specializes in providing advisory services for the sale and acquisition of investment-grade assets. Bruce brings +12 years of commercial real estate experience, having worked with Foundry Commercial and The Dilweg Companies. He has served in variety of roles during that time period, including underwriting, due diligence, leasing and capital markets. Bruce understands both the qualitative (location, condition, market trends) and the quantitative (NOI, cap rates, discount rates) sides of real estate investing, and he brings a unique set of tools and experience to help owners/investors to maximize their returns on investment.
Bruce has experience working with all classes of assets, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and self-storage. Additionally, he has experience with land entitlement and ground-up development. With growing interest in real estate investments by high-net-worth investors, Bruce has developed a specialty practice in the sale and acquisition of single-tenant, net leased assets, as well as smaller multifamily/apartment buildings.
