Brooks is Senior Vice President of Asset Management for R.J. Kelly, Co. Inc. (RJK), where he is responsible for the asset management of RJK's current portfolio of more than six million square feet of office, retail, industrial, and flex buildings located throughout New England.?Brooks oversees all leasing activity and coordinates internal operations (Property Management, Construction, and Development teams) to ensure successful asset-level business plan execution.?Brooks is also responsible for overseeing all investor reporting.?Brooks brings a diverse background to RJK, with over 10 years of real estate experience with a focus on asset management, acquisitions, and portfolio reporting for institutional clients.
Before joining RJK in 2021, Brooks held positions in asset management at Wheelock Street Capital and Longfellow Real Estate Partners.?He also worked at Alcion Ventures where he was responsible for the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of a diverse portfolio of investment properties throughout the United States.?Brooks is a graduate of Trinity College and is a member of REFA and NAIOP.
