Brooke Hume provides financial analysis, lease structure and market research for Transwestern’s Agency Leasing Team. She performs all leasing aspects including strategic planning, marketing plans, prospecting, touring, site analysis and developing relationships serving local clients. Brooke also assists with new business development opportunities, specializing in medical and office assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
Prior to working at Transwestern, Brooke started pursing her career in the CRE industry in May 2017 in a leasing associate role for a REIT called Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. “HTA”. She was responsible for all leasing and marketing efforts for new and existing business totaling approx. 2.2 million square feet of medical/office buildings in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and El Paso, TX markets.
