Brittany joined SVN | J. beard Real Estate – Greater Houston as a Transaction Coordinator in August 2018.
She has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and development.
Since joining SVN | J. Beard, Brittany has been involved with multiple transactions, including the development and disposition of a new Slim Chickens QSR in League City, as well as the land acquisition, development and disposition of newly constructed Dairy Queen in Spring, Texas and a top preforming Human bean in Brownsville, Texas. Currently she’s involved in land acquisition, development and disposition of several single tenant national brand NNN leases across the state of Texas.
Brittany is also a doting mother of three lovely ladies and a hobbyist drummer.
