As a former Division-1 athlete, Bridget Behmke plays to win for her clients. Following her family tradition of real estate investing and property management, Bridget takes great pride in consulting apartment owners on maximizing their return on investment, sheltering their taxes, and helping owners achieve top dollar for their property through a highly specialized marketing campaign. In 2018, Bridget listed and sold several high-profile properties located just blocks away from the new Hollywood Park Redevelopment at record setting values, while more than doubling the profits for her clients. Some of her recent sales include 140 units in Torrance for $45 million, 76 units in Torrance and Redondo Beach for $22 million, and 131 units in Hawthorne for $27 million. Her integrity, work ethic, and level of service and commitment continues to benefit property owners throughout Southern California. In 2016, Bridget teamed up with Aaron Fierstein whose shared values and over 23 years of brokerage expertise further expanded the quality and reach of their professional services.
