Brice Wells is a First Vice President within CBRE’s Brokerage Services division. Mr. Wells focuses on executing office and industrial assignments for both corporate and local clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In his role, he is responsible for implementing the team’s client transactions, preparing market research and analysis, identifying best practices, and developing new client relationships.
Prior to joining CBRE’s Fort Worth office, Mr. Wells was a Project Manager at Scott Tucker Construction Company. During his time at Scott Tucker Construction, he oversaw more than 10 million dollars of commercial construction projects in the DFW area. Before starting in construction, Mr. Wells was employed as an account representative at IBM. While at IBM, Mr. Wells sold over one million dollars’ worth of software and was recognized as representative of the quarter several times. Mr. Wells’ construction experience and sales skills allow him to deliver solutions that align his clients’ real estate needs with their overall business strategies.
While working to complete his BBA at Dallas Baptist University, he also competed on the DBU baseball team. As a senior, Mr. Wells helped the team to their first ever NCAA regional and receive a top 15 national ranking. Mr. Wells also found time to intern at Emerson Partners, Inc., a firm specializing in commercial real-estate investing, where he prepared presentations for investors, facilitated office tours, and handled bank reconciliations for the accounting department.
