A member of the downtown office leasing group, Brian Wyatt specializes in landlord and tenant representation in the downtown Baltimore Office Market. Brian is also a member of the firm’s National Legal Sector Advisory Group, which assists law firms with their real estate needs, and co-directs its Baltimore area efforts. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2006, Brian was a practicing attorney with nearly a decade of experience as a trial attorney -- most recently as a partner with the downtown firm of Anderson Coe & King, LLP. As he was in his legal career, Brian is highly regarded within the commercial real estate community for his professionalism, diligence, creativity, aggressive client advocacy, and successful track record of delivering client centric solutions.
