Growing up in Litchfield County, Connecticut, Brian’s interest in home improvement quickly became recognized beyond his childhood lakeside neighborhood. He landed an opportunity to work at an award-winning carpentry firm in CT. A self-proclaimed “house geek,” Brian’s knowledge for construction and passion for wood working, fueled his desire to gain experience in the mortgage industry. In his spare time, Brian enjoys practicing and teaching Karate and Jujitsu which consequently led him to form a business relationship with a broker named Vin Verrillo, also with Berkshire Hathaway. Brian’s devotion for people and all aspects of the housing market naturally launched his professional life into real estate. He joined the Verrillo Group as a founding member and has been lucky to have been with the team for all its success. Joining this team that stands on ethics and sheer common sense, has propelled Brian’s career in the following real estate categories successfully: Investment, Commercial and Residential properties. He became a member of the commercial real estate organization, BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association) due to some of his business travels to the Greater Boston and NY areas. Brian is affiliated with GHAR, which is the largest local real estate trade association in Connecticut. He is also fully licensed in NY out of the Berkshire Hathaway Scarsdale, NY office and is affiliated with the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. Brian resides with his wife and two children in Litchfield County, CT. Nothing makes Brian happier than representing a property with quality construction that has been lovingly maintained.
