Brian C. Vanosky is a Principal with Lee & Associates’ Industrial Services Group. He has over fourteen years of extensive experience in acquisition, disposition, build-to-suit and investment sale transactions. Brian’s high levels of service have allowed him to consistently develop on-going, long-term relationships in which his clients benefit from his superior work ethic and comprehensive market knowledge.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Brian worked for several years in the management consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was involved in a diverse array of supply chain/logistical assessments, designs and implementations. Brian has successfully represented clients on over $300 million worth of industrial property transactions.
