Brian Scharfman joined Savills in 2015 as a local, national and global market expert of commercial real estate. Operating out of the firm’s New York City office in Midtown Manhattan, Brian focuses on servicing companies in the tech, startup, media, advertising, legal, financial and fashion industries.
As an assistant director of the Global Services Team, partially responsible for identifying and procuring new business opportunities. With a broad range of transaction experience, market expertise, skills, and attention to detail, Brian is dedicated to helping clients implement cost-effective occupancy strategies across their portfolio. To do so, Brian conducts in-depth market research and provides the necessary financial models to align optimal real estate with his clients’ short- and long-term business objectives.
Brian began his real estate as an associate for the global brokerage services team at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to joining Savills, Brian worked at CBRE where he served as an associate of the global advisory and transaction services team for two years.
