Mr. Russell is celebrating over 35 years of commercial real estate experience in the greater Long Beach area. Mr. Russell is well versed in retail, industrial, office and mixed use properties. He can assist his clients in acquisition, disposition, leasing, redevelopment and property management. Specifically, Mr. Russell enjoys assisting small business owners with owning their business properties using the federal Small Business Administration loan programs. Additionally helping investors with their investment real estate portfolios and assisting families manage their wealth thru effective and strategic Asset Management. Mr. Russell started his career with a 11 year stint at a real estate consulting firm with various governmental agencies (cities, counties, school districts, water agencies, state and federal agencies) as his clients.
