Have managed many deals on a local basis, but extensive experience globally . Successfully led a team in India on behalf of Honeywell consolidating over a million square feet in Bangalore , India . Closed a 70 Acre land sale , and a 450,000 foot R&D center for Teva . Because of my portfolio experience i understand work flows , and the work from home experience .
