Bio
Brian was born and raised on the small island of Jamaica. After migrating to the USA in 1993, he attended college in the great State of New York pursuing a degree in computer science. He has 10-plus years of real estate experience in New York City. He relocated with his family to enjoy the spectacular Florida weather and to be closer to his extended family. While helping thousands of people protect their identity and legal rights, he decided to expand his portfolio and continue to help people by joining Watson Realty Corp.
The reasons why he loves real estate are first, it is one of the necessities of life and secondly, he loves architecture and the home-building process. Thirdly, he loves to see the smiles on the home buyer(s)/seller(s) faces at the closing table. Brian pays attention to details. He will return your calls/emails and text messages promptly. He is a skilled negotiator. He will also keep you well-informed every step of the way. Brian will exercise his superior organizational and observational skills while completing every property transaction with sensitivity to his client's needs and goals.
He is a Past President of the Winter Haven Rotary Club. He is currently serving on the Board of The Greater Winter Haven Chamber of commerce. He is currently serving on the Board of Habitat for Humanity of Polk County. He is a Presidential Ambassador of the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce. Brian loves cycling, fishing, reading, soccer, bowling, golfing, volunteering, and swimming.
