Brian Ratliff is a native of the Shenandoah Valley where he grew up in Timberville and went to Broadway High School. He graduated from Broadway in 1999 and went on to graduate from Bridgewater College in 2003 with a B.S. in Health and Physical education and a minor in educaiton. After college Brian got his first teaching job in Greene County where he served as a middle school Health and P.E. teacher for 3 years. From there he came back to his alma mater and taught Driver's Education and P.E. at Broadway for 8 years. Brian also has coached golf, football, and still coaches boys basketball at Broadway. While Brian loved teaching, he decided to persue another one of his passions and began a career in Real Estate with Old Dominion Realty. Brian is a very active young man. He loves the outdoors and anything that has to do with sports. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Missi, and daughter, Lucy. Brian played football and ran track while at Bridgewater and also played 4 sports while he was in high school. In the past year, Brian has played flag football, rec basketball, softball, kickball, and lots of golf. He likes to stay on the go which will benefit his clients because he is always willing to go the extra step to serve them. Brian has "flipped" a few houses on his own so he is very knowledgeable about what it takes to make a return on an investment. He loves working with first time home buyers and enjoys being part of such a big decision in someones life. Brian is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and Harrisonburg/Rockingham Association of Realtors. He is committed to serving his clients at the highest level possible. He works out of the Old Dominion Realty office in Penn Laird, VA.
