Brian Noland’s local market knowledge derives from 8 generations in the Haywood county mountains of Western North Carolina. His extensive background as a successful entrepreneur has enabled Brian to be one of the top-producing agents in the area since 2009.
He has represented an impressive list of commercial clients that include, Publix, Toco Bell, Mattress Firm, Bojangles, Shoney's and more. He has also represented over 2,100 customers in the process of selling and buying their personal home.
