Along the way, I obtained a university degree in Economics and learned how value is created in real estate.<br /><br />Having grown up in Northern Virginia, I went on to work and travel over a large part of the world. I can attest that this is the greatest place there is to live, raise your family and enjoy continued appreciation on your investment in your house. America is the best place in the world to do business the Washington DC SMSA in particular.<br /><br />I have a university degree, a general contractor's (Class A) license and multiple post grad designations related to real estate (GRI, SRES, SES, MRP, and have completed all CIPS [international real estate] courses).<br /><br />However, the best attribute I bring to your search is my love and knowledge of this area. Financing and value are very important. However when it comes to your family, your home and your business, it's about community; not commodity.
