For the past 38 years, Brian Mulvaney, Senior Vice President and Partner at Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, has specialized in Investment Sales and Corporate Services, as well as the sale and leasing of R&D, Industrial, Office, and High Tech/Life Science properties in the San Diego region, and nationally. He has extensive experience in all commercial product types and has transacted many investment properties. His long-term involvement in landlord asset leasing services and impressive track record of corporate services work, gives Brian a unique ability to understand all components of income property, including how to maximize value and investment returns. Brian has transacted more than 16.5 million square feet of office, R&D, laboratory, industrial and retail space valued at over 1 Billion in total consideration. He is highly involved in the local Chapters of SIOR (2011 President), CCIM (2009 President) and NAIOP. Brian has created a very strong Asset and Investment Service Group of highly qualified individuals, operating on a state-of-the-art platform.
